Anna-Marie is a performance coach, motivational speaker and founder of the consultancy business Reach for More. She supports a range of coaching clients and companies exploring ideas around performance, leadership and transition. Every client experience is individually tailored to accommodate personal preferences, purpose, desired outcomes and concentrates on the mindset aspect of work, life and training.

Anna-Marie constantly pushes her own mental and physical boundaries too and has achieved considerable success at an international level in endurance sports. She combines the disciplines of long distance triathlon and ultra-running with the odd adventure race thrown in for good measure. Her greatest achievement was at the Marathon des Sables (2015) where she placed second overall female and in the elite top 50, and she has raced the Ironman 70.3 World Championships twice in Las Vegas and Mont Tremblant placing in the top third of her age group.

Anna-Marie consistently achieves podium finishes across a range of challenges and in 2016 these included placing as first female, second overall and setting new course records for The Oner - Brutal Event and XNRG Round the Island in 2016 and was first female and fifth overall in the Ultra Trail World Tour Cappadocia Ultra Trail. In 2017 she was first overall in the XNRG Devil's Challenge South Downs Multi-day 150km Ultra, first female and 10th overall in the Gran Trail Courmayeur 105km Ultra and she placed first female in the inaugural Half MDS Fuertuventura.

In 2018 she competed in two Ultra Trail World Tour events; the Trans Gran Canaria 125km Ultra where she finished as 8th female, and in April she returned to Morocco for the MDS where she finished 5th female. May saw her finish the Round Gozo XTERRA Ultra as 1st lady and 5th overall but then, looking for a change the opportunity to enter the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championships in Nelson Bay in the Eastern Cape of South Africa was impossible to ignore. Placing 2nd in her Age Group at IRONMAN 70.3 Staffordshire she guaranteed herself a slot in the 70.3 World Champs where she finished in a total time of 5:02:50 and 13th place in her Age Group out of 252 athletes.

With her triathlon fix behind her, it was back to ultra-running and she finished 2nd lady and 17th overall at the Cappadocia Medium Trail in October before travelling to Oman in November for the Oman by UTMB 135km Ultra where she finished 1st lady and 9th overall.  This finish was enough to secure her 7th overall pace in the 2018 Ultra Trail World Tour Ladies Annual Ranking.

She is based in southwest England and travels globally to deliver training and coaching sessions. She loves to take clients outdoors for “Walking and Talking” coaching sessions and organises “Netwalking” events to combine walking, talking and networking in the British Great Outdoors.

Anna-Marie is also accredited in two cutting edge psychometric profile tools that uncover a wealth of valuable insights and incorporates various models into coaching sessions. The coaching partnership draws on areas of knowledge and skills from performance psychology, neuroscience, NLP, positive psychology, mindfulness and behaviour modeling.
